Access to Gort - Gort, Galway, Ireland

Access to Gort

For many years Gort was a sleepy border town in South Galway in the West of Ireland, with a large degree of its hinter land in North Clare – no longer.

Due to its strategic location on the new western corridor motorway and the impending by-pass, Gort has blossomed.

Gort has it all.

It is in a unique location, half way between Ennis and Galway only 40 minutes to Shannon Airport and a further 10 minutes to Limerick and only 12 miles from the sea in Kinvara.

Allied with that Coole Park with the Burren (Two of Irelands National Parks) and its many sporting attractions makes Gort an ideal place to live.
